• Provider information (name, specialty, address, phone, email, race/ethnicity, acceptance of new patients) stored in our database.
• Basic app interaction data, such as searches and selections, to improve app performance.
• If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive a secure identifier and optionally your email address.

How We Use Information

• To display accurate provider directories and search results.
• To allow users to find care more easily.
• To improve app functionality and features.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. Data is only displayed within the NeighborDocs app.

Data Storage

All data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore. Provider data is factual and public. User sign-in information is managed securely by Firebase Authentication.
